I reached out to this attorney's office for help to navigate and review the different rental contracts we have been offered by agencies throughout Palma. Some of them have been questionable, to say the least, so I certainly have appreciated the advice given up to this point.  Manuel is very communicative and informative and I would recommend this office, especially for those like us who are new to the island and have been trying to navigate the stressful  rental market, with each contract seemingly unique and often customized to heavily benefit the landlord, sometimes unfairly... or even illegally.
